Don't know the future after Prince's death and may he rest in peace. Prior to that is was average to good! Prince and the staff were hospitable. Anyway let's see what happens...

I was really disappointed to revisit this restaurant and receive sub-standard service and terrible food. If I could rate it less than 1 star, I would.I ordered a Chicken Passanda with pilau rice and a Peshwari naan.Passanda is a dish, as listed on their menu, which is cooked with Almonds. This gives the dish a sweeter taste. The curry that I received was more like a tikka masala and tasted badly. The rice was ok. The Peshwari naan had no dried fruit in as listed in the menu....and barely any coconut. I raised my concerns with the waitress and was told that it definitely was a Passanda (I nearly always have Passanda and know it very well) and that they do receive complainsc when certain chefs are on duty. I only had a small percentage of the meal and couldn't face the taste any further.Subsequently I've had a rotten stomach overnight and through the day.I'll never eat here again not recommend it to anyone.

Bad food, but good service

Amazing food, friendly atmosphere...! This is the Original King Karahi...! Top in my favourite list. Cheff Dilpreet was amazing and Manager Suraj Was excellent in service

After being disappointed twice by their service, I wanted to give a try once again, but as expected it was the worst service ever, it took them 20 mins just to clean our table of 2 and waited 1 hour for our food, all the other tables with more than 10 people on each table were being served food who some came after us and when I asked, we were told that the kitchen is too busy. The food wasn't good too. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. There are far better restaurants around the area.

I'd love to praise their delicious food but they blatently over charged us. We rang back requesting a detailed receipt because our order seemed expensive. Once our food arrived they had half of the receipt cut off. The rest don't add up compared to what they charged us. This is getting escalated to trading standards .

Don't order take-away. Lamb dish that I paid for was missing from the bag - manager (owner, I think) did not accept this and told me he would ring back in 5 minutes. 2 hours later I thought I should warn others. The quality of the food is not that great either.

It's one of the best restaurants I have been to, after going to several restaurants all over London I would highly recommend this restaurant, costumer service is outstanding, and a wide range of vegetarian food is available as a vegetarian I struggle to find the right food but this place does not disappoint you, it look after you really really well... highly recommended

Used this company for catering our wedding reception. The food and service was faultless, would highly recommend them.

Rubbish service.. filthy chairs, tables.. got charged for something I didn't order. Make sure you check your bill. Wouldn't recommend anyone to go there.

It is a horrible place. We came on a visit from India and ordered food. The food was so so. The pranthas ware badly cooked. There were hooligans making noise there and the management refused to intervene and it was so difficult to sit there. With great difficulty we finished our food. Lastly the management refused to accept payment by credit card and we had to borrow cash from our other guests to make payment by cash. It was such a horrible experience.

ShamblesNo knives on table, poor waitress wearing jumper and jeans obviously wasnt trained...wasnt her fault, tried her best.Asked what whisky they had. She said tell me what u want and I'll get it from the back. She went to the off license next door to buy bottle.Food was beyond terrible. Menus were falling apart and dirty. Table dirty. Cutlery dirty. This place be a money laundering operation. Nobody would let a restaurant be this bad.

Ordered a take away today for the family. food was brilliant. My whole family really enjoyed the food. Food was hot too. Very pleased. Infact ate more the usual. Would defo order again. Thank you.

Ordered food from here. Had to microwave it, there was no labels on food, No poppadoms, which money was taken for and its almost 6 Pounds for a small mushroom Rice (£3.50 everywhere else).Use to be nice.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! !!

Food was good but we were overcharged, apparently by mistake.

We ate here last week food was great but too spicy but not a problem they took it back and remade it I think make sure you tell them the level of spice you require when you order to avoid this . Staff were very polite and helpful and friendly they even asked the children questions about what they like to eat and brought them chips with the meal even though we didn't request and they didn't charge. Overall great experience. It's also newly refurbished.

Customer service no such thing , found hair in the nan , they run out of lemonade,the coke is from out of Europe .... PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST ! ;)

The starters were ok but the mains were awful, chicken tikka masala was to rubbery and aloo gobi didn't taste right.

What a dire place!!!! Eat there with my extended family and children. Place was Dirty, very dirty ive found out whilst eating here it has a hygiene rating of 2/5 which is better than the last one which was 1/5 painfully slow service its so slow the staff coudnt even catch a cold which is just as well judging by the lack of hygiene. One of the waiters had such chronic body odour that his prescience was announced long before he was seen. Menus were dirty and ripped. The food when it eventually appeared ( we waited for an hour for our food) came out staggerd so the main dish wasnt hot when the rice came out. Had to ask for cutlery. Toilet trip to never forgot, floor slippery and slimy like being on an ice rink and a strange dirty carpet square covering some type of lowered man hole (see picture) Not good enough by half. I will never return. This btw is the most scathing review i have ever written!

Absolutely disgusted by the poor service in here. Myself and my family came out for what we thought would be a nice birthday dinner which quickly turned exceptionally sour. Upon giving us our naans, which were cold and EXTREMELY hard, we asked for replacements. Whilst trying to explain to the manager how brittle our naans were, he picked them all up and began touching all of them with his hands which is extremely unhygienic.The manager refused to replace them and after a lot of arguing, they bought us new naans after our meal had finished. The owner was very rude and shouted at the top of his voice at us when we complained at the time of payment. Despicable behaviour, yet he still charged full payment. We ended up leaving the restaurant having a huge screaming row with the manager. It was a disastrous way to end the evening and if I could give them no stars I would.

Only people in the restaurant yet the staff were so un-attentive. Had to ask constantly for our table to be cleaned...it never was! Only had starters and decided to leave as I've never been to such badly run restaurant. Waiters seem to more interested in their phones than customers
